The Greatest Sleepover Ever is the second story from the 8th episode of Season 2 and the 42nd story overall of PB&J Otter. In this story, The Poodle Twins sleep over at the Otter family's house while their parents are away, which causes some problems when neither the Otter kids or the Snootie kids can agree on what they should do together.

- At one point, Ootsie and Bootsie dress up as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine from the movie Aladdin.
- Flick, Pinch, Munchy, and Scootch don't appear in this episode.
- Excluding a brief period of silence before Catching Lightning Bugs plays in the title card of the story This Little Light of Mine, this is the only story not to have any music play during the title card.
