Cartoon Pizza is the animation company that created the show PB&J Otter. At the time, it was known by the name Jumbo Pictures. PB&J Otter was the final program produced exclusively under the Jumbo Pictures name. Jumbo Pictures was originally founded by Jim Jinkins, who later joined with David Campbell on Cartoon Pizza. Both were executive producers on PB&J Otter.
