Big Time Bass-Off Contest is the first story from the 13th and final episode of Season 1 and the 25th story overall of PB&J Otter. In this story, a fishing contest is held on the lake, and the Snooties hope to win using the fanciest high-tech fishing equipment that money can buy. The Otters, however, prove to be tough opponents to beat just by using a simple homemade fishing pole.

AFN Description

Edouard Snootie has just organized a fishing contest that he's sure to win because he's just bought a new Bass-O-Matic Computronic fishing machine. Ernest is excited about competing but can't afford to buy a new fishing pole. PB&J take a cue from Mayor Jeff and invent a new kind of fishing pole for their dad made out of odds and ends. On the day of the Bass-Off Edouard's machine goes berserk and Ernest wins first prize using PB&J's invention.
